摘要
研究了α-Al2O3微粉加入量(15%、17%、20%、22%)、纳米α-Al2O3加入量及分散剂种类(聚羧酸酯醚FJ-I、聚丙烯酸盐FJ-II和六偏磷酸盐SHP)、加入方式(单独或复合加入)和加入量等对刚玉质自流渗浆浇注料浆体流变特性的影响。结果表明:随着刚玉质自流渗浆浇注料浆体中α-Al2O3微粉含量的增加,浆体的粘度先逐渐降低,并在α-Al2O3微粉含量为20%时粘度最小,而当α-Al2O3微粉含量达22%时,粘度又略有增大;单独加入FJ-I、FJ-II或SHP能降低不含纳米α-Al2O3浆体的粘度,但超过一定量后浆体的粘度又升高;单独使用FJ-II、SHP或FJ-I时,含纳米α-Al2O3的浆体的粘度增大;采用复合分散剂能有效地改善含纳米α-Al2O3的浆体的流变特性;对α-Al2O3微粉用量为20%、纳米α-Al2O3加入量≤1.5%的体系,采用0.3%FJ-II+1.5%FJ-I的复合分散剂,浆体粘度小且呈宾汉姆流体特征。
The effects of additions of α-Al2O3 micropowder( 15%, 17% ,20% ,22% ) and α-Al2O3 nanopowder,the kind of dispersants ( polycarboxylateether ( FJ - I), polyacrylic salt( FJ - II) and hexametaphosphate(SHP) ) ,the adding mode (adding separately and simultaneously) and addition of these dispersants on the rheological properties of self-flowing slurry-permeating corundum castables were studied. The results show that the viscosity of slurry reduces gradually with the increase of α-Al2O3 micropowder addition until up to 20%, at which the viscosity is the lowest. When α-Al2O3 micropowder addition is 22%, the viscosity increases slightly. The viscosity of slurry without nano α-Al2O3 reduces with adding FJ - I, FJ - II or SHP separately, but when it reaches a certain value,the viscosity will increase. The viscosity of slurry with α-Al2O3 nanopowder increases with adding FJ -I,FJ -II or SHP separately. The rheological properties of slurry with α-Al2O3 nanopowder improves with adding composite dispersants. The slurry with 20% α-Al2O3 micropowder, ≤1.5% α-Al2O3 nanopowder,and 1.5% polycarboxylateether and 0. 3% polyacrylic salt shows low viscosity and the characteristics of Bingham fluid.
