摘要
建立了结晶器三维有限元传热模型,系统地分析了铜板厚度、水槽的结构尺寸和分布、镍层对板坯连铸结晶器铜板温度分布的影响.结果表明,在操作条件允许的情况下,降低铜板厚度、增大水槽深度、减少镍层厚度有利于降低铜板热面温度,提高结晶器的使用寿命.
Three-dimensional finite-element heat-transfer model was established to predict the temperature distribution in a continuous casting mold during steelmaking. The effects of copper plate thickness, water slot depth and nickel layer thickness on copper plate temperature are analyzed in detail. The results show that decreasing copper plate thickness and nickel layer thickness, and increasing water slot depth are available in decreasing the copper plate temperature, and therefore improving the mold life.
