外源水杨酸对提高黄瓜萌发种子抗冷性的效应 被引量:11

摘要 以黄瓜(津优40号)种子为材料,研究了不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)溶液(0.00g/L、0.01g/L、0.05g/L,0.1g/L、0.15g/L、0.2g/L)浸种对黄瓜萌发种子抗冷性的影响。结果表明,该试验条件下所有浓度的SA均能提高黄瓜种子发芽率(GR)、发芽指数(GI)和活性指数(VI);提高黄瓜萌发种子的过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,降低膜脂过氧化的程度和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,提高了黄瓜萌发种子对低温胁迫的适应性;在10℃低温胁迫条件下,外源SA的最适宜作用浓度为0.05g/L。 Effects of different concentrations SA solution (0.00g/L, 0.01 g/L, 0.05g/L, 0.1 g/L, 0.15g/L, 0.2g/ L) on chilling resistance of germinating cucumber seeds were studied. Results showed that all concentrations SA solution could enhance germination rate, germination index, activity index and the activities of POI). The content of MDA (a product of membrance lipid peroxidation) and the activities of CAT were reduced. Therefore the resistance of germinating cucumber seeds to chilling injury was improved by SA. The optimal concentrations of SA to resist chilling stress (10℃) was 0.05g/L.
