摘要
研究了940℃淬火450℃、535℃回火,两种热处理工艺下Cr5型支承辊用钢的线接触滚动疲劳性能,测定了其P-σ-N曲线。结果表明,Cr5钢450℃回火后硬度为51~52HRC的试样,比535℃回火后得到硬度为45~46HRC的试样能承受更高的疲劳应力。
The line contact rolling fatigue properties of Cr5 steels for backup roll under two kinds of heat treatment 940℃ quenching and 450℃, 535℃ tempering were studied and the P-σ-N curves were also measured. The results show that the fatigue performances of Cr5 steel with hardness 51 ~ 52 HRC when tempered at 450℃ were remarkably better than that of Cr5 steel with hardness 45~46 HRC when tempered at 535℃.
