掺纳米TiO_2的水泥基复合材料的性能 被引量:13

摘要 用超声波分散的纳米TiO2与水泥复合制备具有介电特性和电磁波防护功能的水泥基复合材料。研究了掺纳米TiO2和普通TiO2的水泥基复合材料的导电性能、电磁性能和吸波性能,用电子探针、红外光谱等测试手段表征了纳米TiO2在水泥中的均匀性和稳定性。实验结果表明:纳米TiO2具有好的稳定性,掺5.0%(按质量计)纳米TiO2的水泥基复合材料的电导率达57.0×10-3S/cm,在12.5~18GHz频率范围(KU波段)内具有较好的介电性能和吸波性能,其最小反射率为-16.34dB,反射率小于-10dB的连续带宽达4.5GHz。 Cement-based composites were prepared by using nano-TiO2 dispersed by ultrasonication as an additive to the composites. The uniformity of the distribution and the stability of nano-TiO2 in the cement matrix of the composites were determined by electron probe X-ray micro-analysis and infrared spectrometry, and the structure of the composites was observed with scanning electron microscopy. The conductivity, electromagnetic parameters and wave-absorbing capability and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. The experimental results indicate that there is greater stability of nano-TiO2 in the cement matrix. The cement-based Composite with 5.0% (in mass) nano-TiO2 had better dielectric and wave-absorbing capabilities in the 12.5-18 GHz frequency range (KU waveband), and its conductivity reaches 57.0×10^-3S·cm^-1. The least reflectivity is -16,34 dB and the bandwidth for -10 dB is 4.5 GHz.
