摘要
利用共沉淀法,以Fe3+、Zn2+、Mn2+金属离子溶液为原料制备出锰锌铁氧体前驱体,通过不同的工艺对前驱体进行热处理。研究结果表明:热处理温度和气氛是影响锰锌铁氧体性能的关键因素。在950℃,空气中升温、氮气保护下降温的热处理工艺所制得的锰锌铁氧体具有最高的比饱和磁化强度、最低矫顽力。
The Precursor of MnZn ferrite was prepared with co-precipitation method taking the solution of Fe^3+ ,Zn^2+ ,Mn^2+ as raw materials. The precursor was heated at different condition . The results show the heat temperature and the ambience are the key factor to the magnetic property of MnZn ferrite . The sample heated at the temperature 950℃ in air and refrigerated in hydro-nitrogen was of the highest ratio saturation magnetization and the lowest coercive force.
