摘要
目的:探讨学龄前儿童行为问题与感觉统合功能的关系,为预防和纠治儿童行为问题提供依据。方法:选取佛山市8所幼儿园5-6岁儿童为研究对象,采用Achenhach儿童行为量表(CBCL)进行筛查,以其中80例行为问题儿童为观察组.匹配正常儿童84例为对照组,采用感觉统合能力检核表及家庭环境量表(FNS-CV),对两组儿童进行测评。结果:观察组感统失调检出率为27.50%,显著高于对照组(13.75%),χ^2=4.619,P〈0.05;除因子Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ外,观察组感觉统合其它各项得分均显著低于对照组;男女童共有的5个行为因子与一些感觉统合因子呈显著负相关关系,多元回归分析显示:家庭的矛盾性、感觉统合总体评估不佳是儿童行为问题的危险因素,而家庭的亲密度、组织性则是其保护因素。结论:积极促进儿童感觉统合能力的发展,改善其家庭环境,以有效地防治行为问题。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between behavior problem and sensory integration of preschool children. Methods: One hundred and sixty children aged 5 - 6 from eight kindergartens in Foshan were studied using Achenbach's Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Child Sensory Development Checklist and Family Environmental Scale. Results: Some score of sensory integration of children with behavior problems was significantly lower than those of the normal children. There were five behavior factors negatively correlated with some factor scores of sensory integration, stepwise regression analysis indicated that vestibule imbalanced was one of remarkable factors to effect on the total score of CBCL Conclusion: To prevent and interfere the underdevelopment of sensory integration could decrease children's behavior problems.
