摘要
组织文化是组织激励员工的方式之一。在货币报酬激励和职务晋升报酬激励缺失的条件下,加强组织文化建设意义重大。简述了精神文化、制度文化和物质文化等组织文化对组织成员的激励作用,并对其激励效果进行了比较。
Organizational culture is one way of stimulating employees in organizations. In default of monetary incentives and promotion incentives, it's very important to intensify the construction of organizational culture. Our paper expounds the incentive functions of organizational cultures such as spiritual culture, institutional culture, physical culture, and compares their efficiency.
