摘要
全面介绍了耐火材料用酚醛树脂的改性方法,包括无机物改性、有机物改性等,着重介绍了最有前景的钼酸、硼酸改性方法和邻苯基苯酚改性方法,说明了其反应原理、改性合成工艺、主要影响因素。对其他有前景的几种改性工艺也作了简要的说明,并对耐火材料用酚醛树脂的改性方法的发展前景作出了分析。
In this paper, methods of modification on phenolic resin used as fire-proof materials were introduced generally. These methods includes inorganic and organic materials amelioration, emphasizing the molybdenum acid method,boron acid method, adjacent phenyl phenol method. The principle of reactions, modification synthesization process, main influencing factors of these three methods were demonstrated. Other modification process was introduced briefly. The foreground of the modification was analyzed.
