摘要
文章利用叶栅进口及出口速度三角形探讨了对旋轴流风机二级风机轴承较一级风机轴承易损的原因:运行时一级风机产生的负预旋容易使二级风机入口出现大冲角,导致出口出现二次流,使二级风机工作条件变坏。这些通过实验和流场数值模拟都得到了证实,并且提出了解决方案。
With the speed delta of the blade income and outlet, the paper discussed the wear causes of the second fan bearing in comparison with the first fan of the double rotary axial fan. During the operation, the negative pre - rotation of the first fan will be easy to make the income of the second fan to have a large shock angle, which would make a secondary flow at the outlet and make the working conditions of the second fan to be worse. The experiments and the numerical simulation of air flow site have showed the above statement. The paper provided the solution for the problems.
