Determination of trace palladium(Ⅱ) in water by catalytic decoloring spectrophotometry

摘要 在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,在pH 4.5的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液介质和加热的条件下,痕量钯(Ⅱ)对H2O2氧化双硫腙的退色反应具有显著催化作用,退色程度与Pd(Ⅱ)量在一定范围内呈线性关系,据此建立了1种测定痕量Pd(Ⅱ)的催化光度法.退色溶液的最大吸收波长为420 nm,方法的线性范围为0~40μg/L,检出限为4.6×10^-7g/L.方法用于水样中痕量钯的测定,结果满意. In the presence of Triton X-100, the trace palladium(Ⅱ) strongly catalyzes the oxidation reaction of dithizone by H2O2 in a buffer solution HAc-NaAc (pH 4.5) while heated in a water bath of 70℃, and the decoloring extent of solution behaves a good linear relationship in a certain range of palladium ( Ⅱ ) concentration. Based on this, a new catalytic decoloring spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace palladium (Ⅱ ) has been established. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of decolofing solution was at 420 nm, the detection limit was 4.6 × 10^-7 g/L and the linear range of palladium( Ⅱ ) was 0 - 40 μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace palladium in water with satisfactory results.
