摘要
通过测定碱度、静态腐蚀挂片试验、绘制中和滴定曲线及静态腐蚀试验等手段,对ZH101WT有机胺中和剂进行了评定,并进行了工业应用试验。结果表明,使用ZH101WT有机胺中和剂,可控制蒸馏塔顶HCl-H_2S-H_2O系统的pH值为6.0~7.5,减轻腐蚀。当ZH101WT有机胺中和剂加剂量为20μg/g时,初馏塔顶、常压塔顶、减压塔顶冷凝水中铁流失量分别降至1.19, 1.46,1.44μg/g。应用于蒸馏装置后,可以使各塔顶冷凝水中铁流失量减少约28%~54%,并减少了乳化倾向。
A ZH101WT amine neutralizer was assessed through various laboratorial test methods,such as testing basicity,plotting titration curve and conducting static corrosion coupon test. Its industrial application trial was carried out in two crude distillation units. The test results showed that using said amine neutralizer the pH value of the HCl-H2S-H2O system could be controlled in the range of 6. 0-7. 5, thus, corrosion at crude distillation overhead was suppressed. At an adding dosage of 20μg/g of said neutralizer,the average iron contents in the condensed water of the primary,atmospheric and vacuum tower overheads were 1.19μg/g,1.46μg/g and 1.44μg/g,respectively,which indicated that the weight loss of corrosive iron was reduced effectively. Besides, the emulsification of condensed water was eliminated.
