摘要
作者简要回顾了我国食品卫生标准的历史发展,系统地介绍了目前食品卫生标准体系的现状及主要特点,同时针对当前实际工作需要提出了近期食品卫生标准工作的建议和设想。
The current framework of Chinese food safety standards was reviewed and some primary characteristics of this food safety standard system were summarized in this paper. And then, some suggestions were envisaged as reference for the near future works related.
