摘要
考虑中空钢冷却环境和钢的相变热力学影响,建立中空钢控冷过程中的温度场预测数学模型,采用数值法求解其模型,实现对中空钢控冷温度场的数值模拟。以42CrMo钢为例,对空冷和风冷方式下有无相变潜热的两种情况进行模拟计算,与实验结果对比分析,结果表明本文采用的温度场数值模拟方法是行之有效的,并为进一步预测材料的组织和性能奠定了基础。
Considering the effect of the cooling condition and the thermodynamic of phase transition of hollow steel, the forecasting mathematical model of temperature field was built in controlled cooling. Using numerical method to resolve the model, the numerical simulation of controlled cooling temperature field of hollow steel was realized. Taking 42CrMo as example, two cases including the latent heat of phase transition or not were calculated in air-cooling and cooling with blowing. The results show that the numerical simulation of temperature field is effective comparing with experimental results. The method can provide the further basis for studying structure and property of material.
