摘要
介绍环介导等温扩增技术的的基本原理、特点及在传染性疾病中检测和诊断的应用。环介导等温扩增技术具有简单、快速、特异性强和扩增效率高等的特点,目前可检测HBV、流感病毒、疱疹病毒、水痘_带状疱疹病毒、腮腺炎病毒、麻疹病毒、腺病毒、SARS病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、西尼罗病毒、结核分枝杆菌、痢疾志贺菌、大肠埃希菌、螺旋体、肺炎链球菌和耶氏菌等。
Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) is a novel nucleic acid amplification method in which reagents react with high specificity, efficiency and speed, and therefore has great prospect for the diagnosis of infectious deceases. Here we reviewed the principle and application of LAMP. It has the ability to detect HBV, influenza A viruss, herpes simplex virus, varicella-zoster virus, mumps virus, measles virus, adenovirus, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus, respiratory syncytial virus, West Nile virus, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Shigella, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Yersinia enterocolitica, etc.
