摘要
本文认为,浙江省社会主义新农村建设的实践经验可以归纳为抓好学习宣传、规划部署、调查研究、建设载体、机制创新、组织保障等“六步规程”。结合浙江的实践,讨论了新农村建设与市场化、工业化、城市化的关系,建设新农村与建设新城镇、培育新农民等10个方面的理论问题,并提出了相应的政策思路。
The authors have summarized the successful experience in building new socialist countryside in Zhejiang Province: effective communications,realistic approaches,investigation,innovation in implementation,and organization.The relationships between market,industrialization and urbanization are discussed in the context of building of new countryside and towns
