摘要
对芥菜型油菜细胞质雄性不育系6-102A的花药发育过程进行了显微观察,并与6-102B(保持系)和8-602A(tour CMS)进行比较,结果表明:不育系6-102A败育彻底,败育可能发生在雄蕊原基分化时期,其主要特点是雄蕊原基偏离正常的分化轨道,形成花瓣原基,不形成花药,着生雄蕊的位置长出小花瓣,败育时期和方式与现有报道的油菜细胞质雄性不育不同。保持系6-102B的花药发育正常;8-602A败育发生于孢原细胞时期至四分体时期,主要是孢原细胞时期。
Microscopic observations on anther development process of the cytoplasmic male sterile line 6 - 102A in Brassica juncea, 6 - 102B (Maintainer Line) and 8 -602A (Tour CMS) were carried out. The result showed that the male sterile llne 6 - 102A was abortive completely, the abortion might occur at the stage of stamen anlage polarization. The stamen anlage deviated from the normal polarization and formed petal anlage. It could not form anther but developed into petal. Its abortion stage and characteristic differed from the cytoplasmic male sterility in rapeseed reported previonsln. The anther development of maintainer line 6 - 102B was normal. The abortion of 8 -602A occurred from the archesporial cell stage to the tetrad stage, mainly at the stage of archesporial cell.
