镁离子对创伤性颅脑损伤的脑保护作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 创伤性颅脑损伤(Traumatic Brain Injurv,TBI)是威胁公众健康的普遍问题,尤其在工业发达国家已成为年轻人致死的首要原因。TBI后机体发生复杂的生理生化变化,防止和减轻继发性脑损伤是治疗TBI的主要策略。镁离子是近年来研究较多的神经保护剂之一,其能通过多种作用减轻继发性脑损害。本文就镁离子在颅脑创伤领域的基础与临床研究概况作一综述。
