摘要
目的通过测算医院护理工作量,探讨护理人力的合理配置。方法对全院36个临床科室进行直接护理工时和间接护理工时测定,由此计算出护理工作量和护士编制。结果36个科室均有不同程度的缺编现象,缺编数高的小儿外科达到现有护士数的123%。结论我院护理人员处于缺编状态,主要矛盾是静脉输液护理耗时过多和间接护理耗时较高,应寻找针对性的对策;同时关注ICU和儿科编制的特殊性,以期有效改善护理人力资源紧缺的状态。
Objective To explore the reasonable distribution of nursing staff by calculating hospital' s nursing workload. Methods The nursing workload and nurse distribution were measured through direct and indirect nursing time of 36 clinic departments in our hospital. Results All of the 36 clinic departments were found to be lack of nurses at various degrees. The highest lacking rate reached to 123% in pediatiric surgical department. Conclusion The hospital is in the state of lacking nurse. The major problems were too much time assigned to IV infusion and indirect nursing work. Countermeasures are needed for these problems. The specificity of ICU and pediatric department should be noticed so as to improve the situation of lacking nursing human resources.
