摘要
目的:为了增加布洛芬的溶解度,制成了布洛芬L-赖氨酸复合物并考察复合物的动力学稳定性。方法:采用红外光谱及粉末X-射线衍射验证复合物的形成。通过恒温加速实验结合阿累尼乌斯方程考察复合物的稳定性。结果:形成复合物后布洛芬在水中的溶解度明显增加,其溶液浓度可达100mg/mL,最稳定pH范围是6.0~7.0。结论:布洛芬L-赖氨酸复合物在一定条件下,稳定性较好,水溶性增加,为将布洛芬制成各种液体剂型提供了可能。
Objective: The complex of ibuprofen and L-lysine was prepared to increase the solubility of ibuprofen in water and the stability kinetics of the complex was studied. Method: The formation of the complex was confirmed by IR spectrum and powder X-ray diffraction. The stability of the complex was researched by the constant temperature accelerated testing and Arrhenius equation. Results: The solubility of ibuprofen in water was increased after the formation of the complex, and an ibuprofen solution ( 100 mg/mL) was obtained. The optimum pH of the complex was 6.0 - 7.0. Conclusion: The complex has a good stability and solubility in water under suitable conditions. And it has laid a basis for its being made into liquid dosage forms of ibuprofen.
