摘要
对汽车行驶过程中突然断裂的制动毂进行了金相检验。结果表明,石墨片呈现粗大、块状、共晶团过大、次表层基体为铁素体以及铸件内部基体中铁素体比例太高、石墨化程度存在不均匀性等综合因素,最终造成部件在工作状态中突然断裂。
Metallographic inspection was conducted to a brake hub broken in driving process, and the result shows that such factors as graphite slice being too big and in mass form, eutectic cell being too massive, hyposurface substrate being ferrite and the proportion in the internal substrate of cast being too high as well as irregular degree of graphitization led to its breaking in its work state.
