摘要
作者对研制成的DYC-Ⅰ型低压舱式手术床使用中对人体心血管及呼吸机能的影响进行生理学测定,并对52例56只眼施行了13种内眼手术,取得了满意效果。术中,患者处于2kPa的低压舱内,而术眼暴露于大气中,可获得相对增高2kPa的大气压力对眼组织的作用。该手术床优点:①术中能有效地控制玻璃体压;②可保持良好的前房空间;③保护血-眼屏障;④手术安全,提高了复杂性内眼手术的成功率。
A new type of hypobaric operating table(DYC-Ⅰ)has been designed and developed in our department, on which the cardiovascular and respiratory physiological functions of 10 normal subjects were tested. Thirteen types of intraocular surgery on 56 eyes(52 patients)were performed on the table with good results. When the patient was in a hypobaric chamber with the barometric pressure being 2 kPa lowered than the atmosphere pressure, the operated eye was exposed to an atmosphere, 2 kPa higher than that of the body in the hypobaric chamber, The advantages were: (1)control of vitreous pressure,(2)expansion of the intraocular space,(3)protection of the bloodeye barrier and(4)safer operation and higher success rate.
