摘要 应用显微解剖和微血管铸型方法,对30个人脑Heubner返动脉的脑外段和脑内段进行了观测.脑外段起自大脑前动脉远段(A_2)始部(46%)、大脑前动脉与前交通动脉连接处(AcoA)(28%)以及大脑前动脉近段(A_1)(23%).返动脉始段79%靠近A_1段,远段53%贴于A_1段上壁行径,终末段进入前穿质后续为脑内段.脑外段起始部管径0.68±0. 02mm,脑内段为0.36±0.02mm.扫描电镜观察了脑内段微血管构筑特点.掌握Heubner返动脉的解剖特征,对脑血管病的诊治具有重要意义. Extracerebral segments (ES) and intracerebral segments (IS) of the recurrent artery of heubner (RAH) were observed and measured in 30 brains by microanatomical and microvascular casting methord. The ES originated from the distal segment (A2) of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA)in 46%, at the level of junction site of the ACA with anterior communicating artery (AcoA) in 28%, from the proximal segment (A1) of the ACA in 23%. Initial segment of RAH closed A1 segment in 79% of the cases. Distal segment followed the superior wall of the A1 segment in 53%. Terminal segment becomed IS just after penetrating the anterior perforating substance (APS). Caliber at the initial part of the ES was 0. 68+ 02mm, and at the IS, 0. 36 + 0. 02mm. The morphologic characteristics of mi-crovasculature of IS were studied by SEM. It was concluded that both ES and IS of anatomical characteristics of RAH can be of a great significance in cerebravascular disease.
