摘要
针对薄金属构件中的缺陷,为了探讨激光焊接去除缺陷之可行性与焊道的纯化效应机理,利用激光熔覆技术或不当焊接工艺来制作含缺陷的试样。薄金属构件中缺陷的去除系采用一次或多次keyhole激光焊接方式。利用X射线探伤技术对所得试片进行检测,利用扫描电镜进行组织观察和成分分析,并对缺陷去除前后的试样进行V型缺口冲击试验。结果表明,keyhole激光焊接可以通过蒸发或分解夹杂物而有效地去除夹杂物颗粒,并显著提高材料的冲击韧性。
In order to study the mechanism of removing inclusions is sheet metal via laser welding, specimens with different inclusions were prepared by laser cladding mixed powder on 410 stainless steel substrates, then specimens with inclusions were treated via laser welding. All the specimens were detected by X- ray detector and characterized by SEM. The results showed that the inclusions can be removed away effectively via laser welding, and the impact values of specimens after being treated were enhanced remarkably.
