摘要
伺服控制卡作为控制元件正越来越广泛地应用于各种控制系统中。针对高精度造波机控制系统,介绍了其硬件组成、伺服工作原理,重点分析了造波控制采用的改进PID算法、系统传递函数、波浪信号的生成机理,给出了VC软件技术在造波机控制中的实现方法。取得了良好的实际应用效果。
More controllers based on servo - control IC are applied on various control systems. As to the high - precise control system for wave maker, the hardward components and the servo elements were introduced. The improved algorithm of PID control, the transfer functions and the signals of simulated waves adopted by wave maker controller were analyzed. The implementary method based on VC ++ was put forward in the field of wave simulation. A good applied result was obtained in actual experiments.
