摘要
以德国SL公司柔性制造单元(FMC)的机电一体化培训系统为研究对象,介绍了系统的组成,探讨了系统的开发与应用,以机器人模块中MSM-2102为应用实例,提出将机器人程序设计与示教法相结合的方法。结果表明该法使程序修改更容易,并大大减少程序行数,从而达到优化程序的目的。
Electromechanical integration training system of the FMC (flexible manufacturing cell) from German SL company was taken as research object. The system composition was introduced, exploitation and application of the system were studied, and an idea that the robot programming design linked with text programming and tech - in programming method was put forward. The results show that the idea makes programming correct more easily and greatly reduces programming lines so as to optimize the programming.
