基于数学模型的108t电动轮自卸车举升系统故障分析

摘要 针对108 t电动轮自卸车在工程实践中经常出现的故障形式,将影响系统动态特性的主要因素归纳为两大类别;运用键合图法建立其举升过程的动力学模型,通过计算机仿真其在各状态下的动力学特性,得到各类故障对举升过程的动力学影响,为电动轮车液压系统的故障诊断提供了动力学依据。 Aimed at the dump truck' s often - occurred faults during the industrial application, the main factors, which affect the dynamic characters of the hoist system, were divided into two aspects. The hoist system' s mathematical model was established through bond graph, and the dynamic responses under normal and fault conditions were simulated with computer. Then each aspect' s dynamic effects to the system were obtained. The analysis results provide dynamic reference for the hydraulic system fault diagnosis of the electric drive truck.
