摘要
针对供、配电站需要对谐波和无功进行综合治理,提出一种新型的有源电力滤波器与直流偏磁式静止无功补偿器构成的综合补偿系统。该系统中有源滤波器与无源滤波器构成新型的混合滤波器,能够同时补偿谐波电流并提供容性基波无功电流,而直流偏磁式静止无功补偿器采用新型的PWM整流器产生控制直流,可快速地提供感性无功电流。该系统采用新颖的拓扑结构,功率器件工作于低压侧,有效地降低有源滤波器和无功补偿器中功率器件的容量。文中介绍了该系统的结构和补偿原理,采用电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD/EMTDC进行的仿真表明该综合补偿系统能同时补偿谐波与无功电流,并能抑制可能产生的谐振现象,具有较好的补偿效果。
A novel structure of hybrid compensation system is proposed to compensate the harmonic current and reactive power in substation. This hybrid compensation system is composed of active power filter, passive power filter, and DC-bias magnetic vat compensator. In this system, the DC control current of DC-bias magnetic vat compensator is generated by PWM rectifier quickly.The VA rating of the inverters of active power filter and PWM rectifier is notably reduced for both of them work in low voltage side. The new control strategy of this hybrid compensation system is also presented. The results of simulation by EMTDC/PSCAD software show that this hybrid system can suppress resonance and its performance in the compensation of harmonic current and reactive power is satisfactory.
