摘要
目的为研究《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003》中“对辐射危害有辅助保护功能”的新的评价程序和检验方法是否适用于保健食品,特进行验证研究。方法使用两个分别以茶多酚及原花青素为主要功效成分的受试物,按照技术规范对其进行评价。结果①在按照新方法进行的研究中,两个受试物在多项实验中具有逆转辐射造成的损伤的作用。②按照新的技术规范中的方法建立辐射损伤模型,在大部分的系统中均可成立。结论《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003》适用于判定受试物是否对辐射危害有辅助保护功能。
Objective To find out whether the criterion of health food is adapted to evaluating the health food in the function of assistant effect of anti - radiation, the validatory study was developed. Methods The two kinds offood to be tested, whosemajor efficacious components are tea polyphenols and procyanidins respectively, were used for the experiments according to the criterion. Results The radiation damage model had been made and the two tested food had the effect of anti - radiation. Conclusion Condition showed the criterion was adapted to evaluate the health food in the function of assistant effect of anti - radiation.
