介绍果葡糖浆的制备方法,以葡萄糖为原料有碱法和葡萄糖异构酶法;以蔗糖为原料有酸法包括常压与加压、蔗糖水解酶法、阳离子树脂法;以菊粉为原料有酸法和酶法,本文还介绍了果葡糖浆的性能,用途等。
Several prepration methods of Fructose Corn Syrupsn were introduced in this paper. For Glucose as raw material, there were alkali method and glucose isomerase method;for sucrose as raw material, there were acid invert method at atmospheric pressure and under pressure,cane sugar water solution enzyme method and cation resin method;for chrysanthemum powder as raw material, there were acid invert method and enzyme method. The performance and use of Foustose corn Syrupsa were also discussed.
