摘要
以云南弥勒褐煤为原料,采用中低温干馏对褐煤进行炭化处理,使褐煤中的大部分水分和挥发分气化除去得到褐煤半焦.控制褐煤炭化条件———炭化终温、炭化时间,得到挥发分含量不同的褐煤半焦,采用絮凝法脱灰,研究半焦的脱灰效果,得到适合脱灰的合理的半焦成分.脱灰后将低灰半焦压制成型,可代替木炭作为硅冶炼还原剂,解决木炭资源缺乏的问题.
This research take Yunnan maitreya brown coal as raw materials, adopt lowtemperature dry distillation to go on the treatment of charing to the brown coal, make most moisture and volatile matter gasification of brown coal remove to get half brown coal burnt. Control brown coal terms-charing end warm,charing time, get half brown coal burnt of different volatile matter content, adopt flocculate law to take off dust, study the result of half brown coal burnt taking off gray,get suitable reasonable half a burnt composition to take off dust. After the dust making low we can press the half brown coal burnt into suitable size, replace charcoal smelt reducing agent as silicon, solve the oroblem that charcoal resources are scarce.
