大孔吸附树脂分离纯化山楂果中原花青素的研究 被引量:12

摘要 筛选适合分离纯化山楂果中原花青素的大孔吸附树脂并确立纯化工艺参数。以树脂对原花青素的吸附量、解吸附率及吸附速率为考察指标,选用14种型号大孔吸附树脂进行纯化。结果表明:在所选树脂中以D101树脂吸附与洗脱效果最佳,测定吸附温度为45℃,pH值为3.0,解吸剂为75%乙醇,吸附速率和解吸速率分别为4ml/min和2ml/min,山楂原花青素的纯度可达到38.7%,回收率可达到94.1%,且D101大孔吸附树脂对山楂原花青素的精制具有较好的重复使用性能。 To screen the suitable resin to separate and purify the proanthocyandins from hawthorn fruit and to establish the optimum technological parameters of purification. According to the adsorption capacity, elution ratio and adsorption ratio of the resin, fourteen types of macroreticular resin were used to separate and purify the proanthocyandins from hawthorn fruit. The results indicated the adsorption capacity and elution ratio of D101 type of macroreticular resin were the best in these types of macroreticular resin, By the determination, adsorpton temperature was 45℃, pH=3.0, solvent of elution was 75% ethanol, adsorption ratio and eluton ratio were 4ml/min and 2ml/min respectively, the purity of the proanthocyandins from hawthorn fruit was 38.7%, the reclaimed ratio was 94.1%. The D101 type of macroreticular resin showed better comprehensive property and could be used to separate and purify the proanthocyandins from hawthorn fruit.
