摘要
本文采用酸法提取胶原蛋白,对脱钙工艺及酸提取胶原工艺进行了正交实验。最终得到,脱钙的优化条件为盐酸浓度0.4mol/L,脱钙时间1h,料液比为8:100。酸提取的优化工艺为:酸浓度50%,提取时间3天,料液比50:100。醋酸、柠檬酸、乳酸三种酸最优工艺下的胶原得率分别为:45.82%,74.34%,49.31%
In this paper, collagen extracted with acid is studied. Through orthogonal experiment, we got the best methods of decalcifying and extracting. The best HCI concentration, decalcifying time, and the ratio of solid material to liquid material for decalcification are Ihour, 0.4mol/L and 8 to 100, respectively. The best acid concentration, extracting time, and the ratio of solid material to liquid material for extraction were 50%, 3 days and 50 to 100, respectively. The extraction ratios of collagen extracted by acetic acid, citric acid and lactic acid are 45.82%, 74.82% and 49.31 respectively,
