摘要
阐述了激励的概念和相关理论,分析了农业科研单位中人员构成情况。提出在激励理论应用于农业科研过程中,领导应从下属人员的个人特质、心理需求、价值观念以及行为方式等方面进行分析,了解和满足不同下属的不同心理需要;把握激励的最佳时机;注意激励的频率和程度;注意避免激励过程中一些应用不当的现象等方面进行了较深入的探讨。
In the paper, the incentive concept and related theories are expatiated, and the personnel composing structures of agricultural organization of sciences and researches are analyzed. When applying the incentive theory into the management of agricultural sciences and researches, the leaders should analyze the personal character, mental demand, valuable concept and behavior methods, to know and satisfy the different demand of different employee, to catch the best opportunity to apply, to pay attention to the frequency and the extent of application, and to avoid some unsuitable phenomena in the applying process of incentive theories.
