文章对教师成长学校的含义及其研究此问题的背景和意义进行了揭示,进而对教师成长学校的理论基础和实践操作进行了系统探讨:教师工作的特质、优秀教师的特质、教师角色与素质、从教原因、反思实践。
The paper explores the significance of Teacher Growth School in a broad perspective. It discusses the theoretical foundation and practical operation about Teacher' s Growth School from dimensions of characteristics of teacher' s work and excellent teachers, teacher's roles and qualities, motives for being a teacher, and practical reflection.
