摘要
研究了不同硅源、添加剂、合成时间及合成釜转速对合成ZSM-35晶粒大小的影响,并考察了小晶粒和常规粒度ZSM-35分子筛用于己烯-1骨架异构化的催化性能。结果表明,以硅溶胶为硅源,可得到小晶粒ZSM-35分子筛;原料中加入适量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚乙二醇400,可使ZSM-35分子筛的粒度减小;较短的晶化时间和较高的合成釜转速有利于合成小晶粒ZSM-35分子筛;与常规粒度的ZSM-35相比,小晶粒ZSM-35具有较高的骨架异构烯烃选择性和较少的副反应产物。
The effects of different silica source, additives, synthesis time and rotating speed of autoclave on the crystal size of ZSM-35 zeolite were studied, and the catalytic performances of skeletal isomerization of hexene-1 over different crystal size of ZSM-35 were explored. The results showed that small crystal ZSM-35 could be produced by using silica sol as silica source, and proper amount of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodiumsalt (DBSAS) or polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG400) in the synthesis material could reduce the crystal size of ZSM-35. In addition, both little crystallization time and high rotating speed of autoclave were favorable to the synthesis of small crystal ZSM-35. By comparison with normal crystal ZSM-35, small crystal ZSM-35 possessed better selectivity of skeletal isomerization of hexene-1 as well as less byproducts.
