摘要
本文介绍了稀土高磷铸铁闸瓦的研究思路。讨论了它的宏观力学性能与微观强化机制的内在联系。研究结果说明:稀土高磷铸铁是一种良好的摩擦制动材料,稀土高磷铸铁闸瓦具有广阔的应用前景。
The paper introduces the train of thought guiding the research of brake shoes made of high phosphorus cast iron containing rare-earth metals. It discusses the internal relations between the macroscopic mechanical properties and microscopic strengthening nechanism. The result shows that high phosphorus cast iron containing rare-earth metals is an excellent friction material and brake shoes made of this material will have a bright future.
