改进的NWA-Ⅱ型分子筛吸附剂的性能研究

摘要 改进了NWA-Ⅱ型分子筛吸附剂的制备方法,测定了制备的吸附剂的孔结构和液相动态吸附性能。结果表明,改进后的NWA-Ⅱ吸附剂比表面积减小,平均吸附孔径增大,吸附速率变快,其动态吸附容量超过了改进前的NWA-Ⅱ,接近进口吸附剂ADS-34的水平。 Preparation of NWA-Ⅱ molecular sieve adsorbent was modified. The pore structure and liquid dynamic adsorption characteristics of prepared adsorbents were tested. The results indicated that modification could yield the adsorbent with a decreased BET surface area, an increased average pore diameter for adsorption and a much more rapid adsorption rate. As compared to NWA-Ⅱ , the modified NWA-Ⅱ adsorbent exhibited higher adsorption capacity, which is approximately equal to that of imported adsorbent ADS-34.
