摘要 研究了除草剂丁草胺和重金属镉(Cd)复合污染对两种土壤呼吸强度的影响及其随时间的动态变化。结果表明,单一污染中,丁草胺和Cd对土壤呼吸强度的影响,随土样不同而异,随农药浓度及培养时间的变化而变化;复合污染中,两种土样的复合污染对土壤呼吸强度的影响存在明显的交互作用,与单一污染相比,对土壤呼吸强度的影响依次表现为:丁草胺>Cd与丁草胺复合污染>Cd。建立了丁草胺和Cd在不同浓度配比下对土壤呼吸强度影响的多元回归分析模型。 The dynamic effects of herbicide butachlor and/or heavy metal Cd on microbial respiration in two types of top soil were studied at 25℃. Effect of either butachlor (0, 10, 100, 200 mg/kg) or CA (0, 50, 100 mg/kg) on soil respiration (as CO2 released mg/(kg·d) varied with soil type, pollutant concentration, and time of contact (up to 21 days). The effects were more complex when both butachlor and CA were present. Butachlor had the most impact on soil respiration; it was followed by the presence of both polllutants, while CA alone had the least effect. Regression analyses were performed to correlate the respiration effects with concentrations of butachlor and Cd.
