摘要
为减少火化过程中二噁英类污染物的排放,研究了“热交换器+布袋除尘器+活性炭纤维毡”三级组合对火化遗体烟气中二噁英类污染物的去除效果。利用急冷技术将二次燃烧室排出的火化烟气温度降到90~130℃。实验表明,布袋除尘器去除火化烟气中二噁英类污染物的效率为57.4%;布袋除尘器分别与厚度为5、15mm的活性炭纤维毡组合去除火化烟气中二噁英类污染物的效率分别为64.0%和89.2%。
The cremation flue gas went through a heat exchanger first for a rapid reduction in temperature, to 130℃ to prevent formation of PCDDs/Fs (dioxins), and then a bag house followed by a carbon adsorber for removal of dioxins attached to the particular matters and those remained in fine particles and gaseous forms, respectively. 57.4% of dioxins in the flue gas (TEQ 3.5 ng/m^3) was removed in the bag house; 64.0% overall dioxin removal was achieved with additional treatment by adsorption in a 5 mm blanket of DJC fiber activated carbon. With a 15 mm fiber activated carbon in the adsorber, the combined filtration and adsorption treatment removed 89.2% of dioxins in the flue gas and produced an effluent meeting the national standard (TEQ 0.5 ng/m^3),
