摘要
目的分析老年原发性高血压患者的心理状况及外界心理干预对治疗的影响。方法采用直接和132例老年患者交谈、询问,向家属询问及护士观察分析三结合的方法收集资料。结果自身情绪及外界不良心理影响与本病发生密切相关,医护人员的良好心理护理对治疗有利。结论了解掌握老年高血压患者的具体心理状况和问题,有针对性地进行心理干预,对老年高血压病的治疗至关重要。
Objective To investigate the psychologic status and analyze psychologic intervention in the treatment of the aged patients with essential hypertension. Method To collect information by talking w：ith 132 aged patients directly, get feedback from their family members through questions and observe by nurses. Results There was a close correlation between personal emotion, negative external psychologic effect and the onset of the disease. The good psychologic care of medical staff contributed to the treatment. Conclusion It＇ s critical to know the psychologic status of the aged patients with essential hypertension and to perform the corresponding psychologic intervention for the treatment. And it＇ s worthwhile to practice the psychologic intervention among the aged patients with essential hypertension.
