摘要
为了充分了解三维编织复合材料的细观结构特征,建立真实的细观结构模型,以为其力学性能的研究提供方便.文中采用数学形态学的基本运算对三维编织复合材料的断层剖面图像进行了处理,提取出了清晰的编织纱线轮廓,并与几种传统的边缘检测方法进行了对比.结果表明,数学形态学图像处理可以更有效地检测三维复合材料断层剖面编织纱线的边缘特征.
It is very important to understand the microstructure and develop the realistic unit cell model for studying the mechanical behaviors of three-dimensional (3-D) braided composites. Necessary information in mechanics is usually given by an image or a set of several images obtained in a measurement or experimental procedure. The mathematics morphology is introduced into the digital image processing, and the accurate contour of braiding yarns is obtained. Compared with several traditional image processing methods, the mathematics morphology is a quite effective tool for detecting the yarn edge feature in the scanned section image of 3-D braided composites.
