摘要
基于嵌入式系统开发了单层服装激光裁剪机的控制系统,围绕其数据读入和显示、样片裁剪控制、光点模拟与监控、工作状态自动检测等功能进行了硬件设计和软件设计.经实际确认,系统智能化程度高,操作方便,碳化区宽度为0.2~0.3 mm,裁剪速度为0~1 350 mm/s,重复定位精度达±0.04 mm,能满足服装小批量、多品种裁剪的需要.
Based on the embedded system, the control system of single layer apparel laser automatic cutter is developed. The hardware design and software design are carried out to realize the functions such as data read and display, pattern cut control, light point imitate and watch, work condition auto test and so on. Through practice, the system has high intelligentlevel, easy operating, high control precision, high speed, and it can satisfy the cut need on little batches and varieties of clothing.
