摘要 研究了WASPALOY合金在高温长期时效过程申的组织演变和相关性能的变化。结果表明:合金在704℃时效后显微组织稳定性良好,大、小γ'相生长缓慢,在760℃时效后大γ'相趋于在晶界处聚集长大;室温冲击韧度随时效时间的延长整体下降,为韧性断裂;室温硬度随时效时间的延长而降低;室温拉伸强度和塑性不随时效时间的延长而变化。 The isothermal microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of WASPALOY during longerm aging at elevated temperature were investigated. The alloy had good microstructure stability during long exposure at 704 ℃ for up to 5 000 h and the growth kinetics of the spherical γ' phase was rather sluggish. The big particle of γ' phase tended to aggregate in grain boundaries at 760 ℃ aging. Room temperature impact ductility decreased with the aging time increasing. Room temperature hardness decreased with prolonged aging time and this result can be attributed to the sluggish growth of γ' phase. The aging time had almost no effect on room temperature tensile strength and ductility of the alloy.
