摘要
目的评价多西他赛联合顺铂和5-氟脲嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效和毒性反应。方法对19例晚期胃癌患者于第1天静脉滴注多西他赛．75mg／m^2，第2—4天静脉滴注顺铂25mg／（m^2·d）及醛氢叶酸100mg／（m^2·d），第2天开始持续静脉滴注72h的5-氟尿嘧啶750mg／（m^2·d），每21天为1个周期，治疗2-3周期后评定疗效。结果全组完全缓解（CR）0例，部分缓解（PR）7例，稳定（SO）8例，进展（PD）4例，总有效率36．8％。最常见的毒副反应为骨髓受抑，Ⅲ°＋Ⅳ°粒细胞减少占42．1％，其它毒副反应可以耐受。结论多西他赛联合顺铂和5-氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌有较好疗效，毒副作用可耐受。
Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of docetaxel combined with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil continous infusion in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Nineteen patients with advanced gastric cancer were given docetaxel 75mg/m^2 on the first day, cisplatin 25mg/m^2 and leucovorin 100mg/m^2 from the 2nd to 4th day, 5-fluorouracil 750mg/m^2 continous infusion for 72 hours from the 2nd day, repeated every 3 weeks, and assessment was done after 2 or 3 cycles. Results Of the 19 patients treated, there were 0 PR, 7 PR, 8 SD and 4 PR, and overall response was 36.8 %. The main toxicity was bone marrow suppression, Ⅲ°＋Ⅳ° leukopenia occurred in 42.1% cases, other side effects could be tolerated. Conclusion The docetaxelcisplatin- 5-fluorouracil regimen is a safe and effective therapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer. The toxic and side effects are tolerable.
