摘要
背景与目的:神经导航引导下显微手术和光动力疗法均是治疗脑胶质瘤的新技术,本文探讨此二种方法有机结合治疗脑胶质瘤的效果。方法:在12例脑胶质瘤手术中,先应用GE350磁导航系统引导显微镜下切除肿瘤,再应用波长为630nm半导体激光器直接照射肿瘤残腔(200J/cm2),在照光前3小时静脉滴注血卟啉单甲醚5mg/kg。结果:术后近期效果满意,无严重神经功能障碍并发症。1例于术后2个月出现脑水肿,给予对症处理后恢复,无治疗相关死亡。结论:神经导航引导下显微手术和光动力疗法有机结合治疗脑胶质瘤是可行的。
BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVE: Both neuronavigation and photodynamic therapy are new techniques for treatment of gliomas. This article was to analyze the curative effect of the application of neuronavigation combining with photodynamic therapy during resection for brain gliomas. METHODS :Twelve patients with gliomas were treated by microsurgery which was guided by GE350 neuronavigator to estimate the extent of tumor resection. After tumor resection, the tumor cavity was treated with laser light at 630 nm which was generated by semi-conductor laser machine at the dosage of 200 J/cm^2. RESULT: The short term effect was satisfactory. There was no complication of neurological deficit. Brain edema occurred in 1 case two months after operation and was cured through medical treatment. There was no treatment related mortality. CONCLUSIONS: Neuronavigation combining with photodynamic therapy could be applicable for treatment of brain ghomas.
