摘要 对动态的并作大范围移动的设备同时实施定位、监控、数据通信、语音通信,是一个较难解决的问题。随着技术的发展,全球卫星定位系统(GPS)、整合分包无线通讯服务(GPRS)、电子地图地理信息系统(GIS)、全球移动通讯系统(GSM)等技术的成熟,为解决这个问题提供了可能。危险品运输车辆一直是生产安全环节中的重要一环,危险品槽罐车辆安装监控系统迫在眉睫。宝钢应用卫星定位、无线数传、网络技术、软件技术、GIS技术等多种新兴技术进行系统集成,并开发监控中心管理软件,在宝钢槽罐车安装监控终端,成功实现了对危险品运输车辆的实时动态监控。该系统能准确监控运行中的危险品运输车辆,为及时掌控这些车辆提供了先进的手段,为安全生产提供了有力的技术措施。 It's a difficult task to implement orientation, monitoring, data and phonetic communication for some mobile equipment including vehicles moving in a large scale. With development of technologies, such as Global Positioning System (GPS) , General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) ,Geographical Information System (GIS) , Global System for Mobile ( GSM ) , it is possible to fulfill tasks mentioned above. Being an important link in safety of production, a monitoring system should be installed on vehicles loaded with dangerous-goods. With new and integrated tech- nologies like GPS, GPRS, GIS, network and software, Baosteel has developed its management software for its monitoring center and installed the monitoring terminal on its tank lorries, which successfully helps Baosteel realize its real time dynamic monitoring vehicles loaded with dangerous goods. This system can precisely monitor the vehicles moving around with dangerous goods, providing advanced means for controlling these vehicles and powerful technical measures for safety in production.
