抗β_1和M_2受体自身抗体和神经内分泌激素与高血压合并肾损害的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨抗β1受体和M2受体自身抗体与高血压病合并肾损害关系。方法:以合成的β1和M2受体多肽片段为抗原,应用ELISA技术,检测61例高血压并肾损害患者和60例高血压无肾损患者及40例正常人血清中抗β1和M2受体自身抗体。同时用放射免疫法测定血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)浓度,用荧光分析法测定肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平。结果:高血压病并肾损害组抗β1和M2受体抗体阳性率分别为62.2%和49.2%明显高于高血压无肾损害组的11.3%和11.7%及正常对照组的15%和10%(P<0.01,P<0.001),高血压病并肾损害组血浆中神经内分泌激素水平(PRA、ALD、CA、E、NE)明显高于高血压组及正常对照(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:血清抗β1和M2受体自身抗体可能与高血压合并肾损害发病有关,同时伴有神经内分泌激活。
