严重烧伤休克期CGRP、NPY变化与心肌损伤的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨严重烧伤休克期降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、神经肽Y(NPY)与心肌损伤的关系。方法采用放射免疫法测定60例严重烧伤患者不同时相点血中CGRP、NPY、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnT)含量变化,并分析CGRP、NPY与cTnT相关性。结果严重烧伤休克期后3hCGRP降低,12h达最低值,伤后48h仍低于正常对照组(P<0·05);NPY和cTnT与伤后1h升高,12h达峰值,48h仍高于正常对照组(P<0·05);CGRP与cTnT变化呈负相关(P<0·01),NPY与cTnT变化呈正相关(P<0·01)。结论CGRP降低、NPY升高在严重烧伤休克期心肌损伤中起重要作用。 Objective To explore the relation between plasma CGRP and NPY level changes and myocardial injury after severe burn in shock stage. Methods The blood levels of CGRP , NPY and cTnT in 60 patients with severe burn were measured using the method of radioimmunoassay at different times. Correlation was analyzed between CGRP, NPY and cTnT respectively. Results Plasma CGRP levels decreased significantly at 3 h after burn, reaching bottom value at 12 h and remained lower than those in controls at 48 h(P 〈0.05). Concentrations of plasma NPY and serum cTnT significantly elevated at 1 h after burn, reaching peak value at 12 h and remained higher than those in controls at 48 h(P 〈0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that the changes between plasma CGRP and ser- um cTnT levels were negatively correlated and positively related between plasma NPY and serum cTnT (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion CGRP level decrease and NPY level increase play important roles in myocardial injury after severe burn in shock stage.
