充血性心力衰竭患儿血清骨桥蛋白与血管紧张素Ⅱ变化及相关性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患儿血清骨桥蛋白与血管紧张素Ⅱ变化及关系。方法测定24例CHF患儿及15例健康患儿血清骨桥蛋白(OPN),血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ);采用心脏超声测定CHF患儿的左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果①血清OPN,AII的水平与CHF的心功能状态有关。②血清OPN,AngII的水平与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.52,r=-0.64,P<0.05)。③OPN与AngII呈正相关(r=0.55,P<0.05)。结论骨桥蛋白与肾素-血管紧张素系统的过度激活以及二者相互影响可加速心功能的恶化。 Objective To study the changes of .serum osteopontin and relationship between the levels serum osteoponfin and angiotensin- Ⅱ (AngⅡ) in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) .Methods The levels of serum OPN and AnglI were detemfined in 24 cases with CHF and in 15 normal controls.The left ventricular ejeetive fraction(LVEF) was also measured in those subjets. Results (1)The levels of OPN were related to the cardiac function;(2)There were a negative correlation between the level of OPN and LVEF as well as AnglI and LVEF( r = - 0.52, r = - 0.64, P 〈 0.05) ; (3)There was a positive correlation between the level of OPN and A-Ⅱ (r = 0.55, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There were correlation between osteopontin and renin-angiotens in system. Over-activation or interactions of them could deteriorate cardiac function.
